There may be many times when having a secured or unsecured loan is more beneficial to you than adding it to your mortgage.

We have access to arrange both types of loan for homeowners and tenants whether you have a clean credit history or not. We even have companies that will lend above the value of the property.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage

A fee of up to 2% of the mortgage amount may be charged depending on individual circumstances. A typical fee is £99. Should the client take out policies with us that result in commissions being paid by the insurance company, the fee may be waived.
